Hip Hop Dance Class
yeah...finally i go to attend the Hip Hop Dance class....ha ha, feeling good with this exercise because quite fun.
This exercise is more different then GYM because you need to move all your body ..ha ha..that mean every part on your body muscle will get used.
ha ha, this exercise need to user a lot memory , because you need to remember all the step..ha ha ha..see brain also need exercisers.
over all still consider not bad, i will try few more class then see want to continue or not..ha ha..
RM5.50 per class, i think is quite cheap...hi hi..any one want to join ?
