刚决定了换工, 就看到了这文章” 我要不要換工作 ？”. 看了之后觉得自己的决定是蛮对的 :D 关键问题: ＂我在原工作的學習滿足點是否已經到了？＂ 我还没到學習滿足點,就被换去其他工作了. 为了继续到我的滿足點所以换去新公司学同样的范围. ＂外面是否有能讓我成長的地方？” 当然会成长的跟高跟快!! :D 认同的观点: 有多少能力的人，就能領得到多少薪水 看到哪裡有高薪，就往哪裡跳，而不去思考自己有沒有那份能力領那份薪水。其結果，不是受困於高薪而痛苦，就是鍛羽而歸，最終仍然回到原公司 人為薪水工作，是最不智的 。但這並不是說，薪水就不重要 為人謀，則忠於其事，是職場基本倫理。但是，也要 常保自己職場競爭力的成長 ，不要傻傻的為老闆賣命，最終卻換來一張資遣單 擁有多而強的工作能力，其實活到老也不用擔心提早退休

大约一年前就 开始了找工之旅 , 哈哈..总于到了那一天,但是100%起薪就没办到. 原本都不想换工,但是环境开始变了…让我在不能向我的梦想前进了,所以离开或许是个选择把! 原本不会离开的这么快,但是遇到了一个笨蛋是她让我在很短时间里换工. 哈哈, 至于笨蛋的故事就不多讲了..[想知道就问我咯!! :P ] 这次的离开很不舍得, 因为: 有很好的老板( 很感恩,一路上都遇上贵人), 当然还有公司的福利呀!! 哈哈 要离开家里了( 10年前为了梦想而离开[上大学],然后10年后再次为了梦想起飞!) 我的辞职只用了我两个钟来搞定了, 找HR问怎样辞职, 打辞职信, 打电话给老板, 打印辞职信签名, Scan and Fax to boss and HR. 搞定. 哈哈,当我在做这些事情的时候心情是有点紧张,不知为什么… 担心离乡背井的生活? 担心未来? 或是跟现任的老板不好意思(因为他当下很需要人用) 这次的经验让我认识自己多一些了: 一开始我认定了兴趣重要过钱, 当两个月前有个机会让我在这两者中选一;而我就选了钱!! 哈哈哈…看来敌不过钱!! 选了钱之后就开始了一份没兴趣的工 (其实都不懂我对这份新工有没有兴趣,所以就尝试咯), 一个月过后发现每天要对这一份没兴趣的工简直要了我命呀!! 真的有点后悔当初选了钱, 而不是有兴趣的工… 哈哈!! 但是回来后悔还来的及, 老天又给我多一次同样的选择!! 而我就毫不犹豫的选择了兴趣的工!! 很感恩有这样的机会来认识自己 :) , 往往我们一路来心理所想和真真有机会选择的时候会有差别! 我有个坦白的性格 一些人生的生活体验: 我知道如要控制自己的自由,那我们需要有能力( 钱要够多, 知识要多, 人缘要广)

又到时间换经理和工作范围了, 一直坚持要在 SharePoint 里发扬光大但是今天的环境要我变了. :) 要如何变呢?　找新工?　换去 Operation Group帮现在的Team来做一些关于Sharepoint 的东西吗？ 至于新经理是跟我很好的Senior, 所以这不是问题. 问题是我不在做SharePoint 的工了. 我的好老板很担心我不能接受不在做一些关于Sharepoint 的东西,哈哈..然后就帮我想方法, 那就是帮我换去Operation Group. (不是很想换去,因为我们的Engineering很厉害的把很多东西自动化了.所以不会学很多的) 我想我会尝试新的工作一段时间,然后才决定我的去向把 :) , 也或许这次是让我发扬光大的时候了!! 哈哈哈!!早点睡!!!

Still remember 5 month ago , i have share about the job searching at Singapore ? then have one bank is interview me for few round , then get back to me with the answer ""unable to offer you the position". Just now chat with friend, say how is the position now ? he reply me they hired the gals already when to Germany for training one month!!!! wah!!! i so so so envy!! ha ha ..this is one of my target to go Europe for training .... feel a bit regret , why i request so high salary else ....i am the one to fly there!!! :( ha ha ha but in other way i feel great, becuase they hire them around SGD4k++ that mean i have SGD4k++ markert price now!!! ha ha ha...自我安慰!! 哈哈 Anyway i will try to see how much price i am at penang markert again!! ha ha ha..interview is fun!!! but this round if they willing to pay 50% increment i will go... ha ha ha..if the only if the job is related with sharepoint!! :P
