All the time i say, i don't care what ever you go the important one is who you joined.. :) but the question here is , i keep on join the different people go out :) . ha ha .. seldom to fixed to go out with the same group!! 一个人的生活方式和压力有什么关系呢?对我来说这两者搞上了关系只因是两者都跟钱有关系吧！！！ 工作压力？为什么压力？：不能完成任务！！结果被解雇然后无能力供车，供屋，供这个，供那个！！都是钱!! 为什么钱会不够用？那就看你的生活方式咯!! 每个月收入你能 储蓄多少呢? 不工作你的的储蓄能用多少个月呢? 如果你的生活方式能让你储蓄的很好,那我觉得你的压力就不高!! 因为你不会担心被解雇 :) 哈哈..我个人的想法是保持底开销的生活方式能让我们不会那末的压力! 还好从小家里的生活方式是那种底开销的方式,所以培养了今天的我. 或许在他人眼中我是吝啬...但我不会在意,因为我知道我要的目标,我要的生活方式!! 话说只买需要的,不买想要的!!! 哈哈..但是还是买了一些想要的!!! 但是在压力还是控制的很好的水平, 哈哈找借口. 最后我想说的是你的生活方式是将控制你的压力水平呀!!! 当然压力还是有其他的原因的:), 这只是冰山一脚而已, 通过运动也能很有效的把压力释放.... 哈哈...把运动也放进生活方式里头呀!! 运动也会有高消费的...那有要看你怎样来选择了!!! 加油!!
