从2009，10月开始买REIT，到现在已经买了8个ＲＥＩＴ。(哈哈，有可能多不久会买完全部Malayisa的REIT?) AMFIRTS >> REIT 组合里％最高的一个 STAREIT >> 利息稳稳咯。。 HEKTAR >> capital gain 很不错的说。（ １５％＋＋两年 ，不算利息呀） UOAREIT >> 唯一亏的（但是算dividend进去还是算赚咯） SUNREIT >> 从ＩＰＯ开始收。４５％ return of capital gain ..最好的一个！！ TWREIT >> 18% capital gain 一年。。好好呀！！ QCAPITA >> 起伏很大。。 ：） BSDREIT >> 刚刚买 ALAQAR >>买了卖了。。原因短期上了很多。。变成投机！！ 哈哈 基本上不错的回报。。但是就让我花在”投机“活动上了。。。哈哈。。真的对不起自己！！ ：Ｐ

Just invest another round on AMFIRST RM1.17 for this month , Dividend yield is 8.38% and PE 9.29 with ROE 9.31… ROE is a bit low , but still acceptable. If Amfirst price keep on drop i will keep on buy. ( look like is good due for my FD ) TWREIT is my next target ( Hong Leong building with HP TOWER!! ) …waiting at 1.18 now. UOAREIT look like is good..but they issues RM1.30 share for more money last few week..not sure why this can happen one?? temporary hold the share and not add on anymore..  *REIT is my choice when market keep on drop… :D
