yeah...finally i go to attend the Hip Hop Dance class....ha ha, feeling good with this exercise because quite fun. This exercise is more different then GYM because you need to move all your body ..ha ha..that mean every part on your body muscle will get used. ha ha, this exercise need to user a lot memory , because you need to remember all the step..ha ha ha..see brain also need exercisers. over all still consider not bad, i will try few more class then see want to continue or not..ha ha.. RM5.50 per class, i think is quite cheap...hi hi..any one want to join ?

Answer is 1.5KG, walau...take one more month to loss the 1.5KG. then between 2 week only giant back liao...ha ha..this business is so good. ha ha..is ok, is ok. after recover from the Kayu lasak, today start going back to gym. another one month should be can maintain ..ha ha ha because another 2 week have still have 3 more wedding dinner...:P

:~( , why!!! why disable my account!!! ha ha ha, why i always let the system disable me??? i try to post a lot message to my friend wall, also consider misuse. where got suck system one, user love to used the system then you disable your user!!! i am not using any programming to spam the system, i just manually post the message to friend wall...like that also consider spam? or misuse?? have any user complain me do the spam? if yes, please show me ...suck!!! that mean you have alot friend on facebook, you only can post some amount of message per day....aiyo... hope they faster enable back my account , if not my pet will very lonely..ha ha suck suck suck!!!! Recently i am very active in Facebook, i have found out Facebook have alot application can plug in to facebook. one of the most application i like to use during my free time is (fluff) Friends, why i like this application?? This application is something like electronic pet, that mean you can feed you pet anywhere and anytime.The interesting part is your pet can race with other friend pet and you can bet the race. Summary of the application work: your pet can race with your friend pet and you can do the betting during racing. how you earn the money 1 : every feeding on the friend pet then you will earn 5 mummy (mummy is the money inside the game) how you earn the money 2 : do the survey available on the application how you earn the money 3 : betting on the race how to increase your pet speed : every feeding will help increase your pet speed, but the food you have feed only can rush for 30 day. how to get the food to feed your pet : Go to fluff shop but the food by mummy(money) ...

ok , this is my Mountain Bike (RM1k only, is nice or not ?) yeah!! lukcy number 320!! This is the trail for year 2007 MTB Jamboree!! Yeah , this is my frist time join this kind of event!!! we start around 8am from Youth Park !!! i am done my race around 10:30am, ha ha...consider quite not mean complete.. because after the second check point at tower i fall down from my bike around hiton. :( my seat is out of order (as what you see on the photo), so i make a choice not to continue..hi hi, safety first!!!
