加薪100%!!!可能吗?

哈哈, 最近有工厂对我的Resume 有兴趣! 叫我去申请! 两个星期, 三分:

1. Sharepoint developer ( 没有兴趣)
2. Sharepoint Consultant (我的目标, 但是不是现在. 三年后吧!)
   
3. Sharepoint system engineer ( 我的现在工作, 不错试一下, 看我值多少 :P)

中间工司问我要多少? 加薪100%!!!可能吗?
对方静了一阵.....哈哈,对方回答 impossible !!! 多两年都不可能!!!!
我就问那应该多少? 30% ++ 应该没问题!!! 这个价值是我放在jonstreet 的!! 哈哈哈.....

过后我就写了一封e-mail 对方解释, 我的想法!!!

1. Current company have bonus(XXX month)
   
2. Market recession , so is very risky. Last in first out
3. My RSU very month have around RM100+
4. health benefit one month around RM100~200=> ha ha...Free aerobic , yoga and gym!!
5. Everyday have RM1 food benefit , one month RM20. 哈哈哈(经典)
6. My company will sponsor me study MBA (one month around RM900-1900)
   

还有一些我没写的!!!

1. I have flexible working hour
2. I have flexible working location
   
3. I have good manager
4. I have good teammate
   
5. I have a lot training per yearly
   
6. I have free trip to US :P
7. I have my own lab server for testing

哈哈, 看来我很难换工了!!!

我想有两个因素才能让我改变:

1. 工司不要我
2. 加薪100%厂(哈哈哈)

Because of this few incident, help me think about what i want for my next step. i know i want to be a sharepoint consultant , so what is the criteria i need. i have list down about it and see i still need to improve it. hi hi, one of the area is about developer area. i will start to cover this area soon . every take 30 minute to study on it... yeah!!!
