Yeah!! 收到第一次的"租金"了
Amfirst 已经把"租金"(支票)寄来了, RM307.23 .
4.81sen 的 Distribution , 我买了7000unit的Amfirst , tax 了过后就是 RM307.23咯!
7000 x 4.81 sen = RM 336.7
RM336.7 - RM33.67 (Malaysia tax 10%) + 4.2 (NON taxable) = RM307.23
emmm...Non taxable , 不知道怎样算的....你知道吗? why RM4.2?
Total return = (Current Price + Dividend ) - Invest Cost
= RM7,087.02+ RM307.23 - 7274.55
= RM119.70 / 1.65%
emmm... 2 Month time with 1.65% , is good invest?? Anyway , my expected is better then FD will do :D
