太阳能在二月的前10天的收入= 平均一天收入RM49.51
average 33.91kWh , RM49.51的一天收入。
那就是说大约一天有 33.91/9.12 = 3.7hour sun light.
看来和很好的收入，虽然有3天是雨天。但是平均还是高过预期的！！
败在借钱的数学题上！！
早上银行打电话来说，可以借我RM10K的一笔cash on call因为我很准时还信用卡的费用。利息effective rate (*听错了，这是Flat rate)是3%， 借10千每个月还RM858.3,那就说借10千还10千3百。利息RM300一年。没有手续费，3个月后可以直接还完要给RM175的利息。 听了之后就很兴奋，因为这太划算了。拿来放银行一年也有RM315了。不投资也多赚RM15几好，不如放在屋款也好4.2%的利息。所以就很爽快地叫她交上去了。 过了几个小时突然觉得怪怪的，好像算错了。。。就拿excel来算一算。。。。 OMG。。。原来不是那样算的！！！如果用屋款方法来算应该是RM162.51的利息而已！！！无端端要多给RM137.89!! 在算一算要赚多少的投资回报才能赚回利息！！！要过6%的回报才可以赚RM28.76 !! ＯＭＧ！！败在这数学题上了！！ 5.5% 才是真真的 effective Rate per annual. 于是打电话去要取消掉这个申请但是那个小姐讲不能取消了！！ 唉。。就当着买个教训！！ 有可能是好事来的，就挑战自己一下看能不能赚多过6%的回报率！！！哈哈

And it is June now, do you have any update on the solar project.
My first object in solar energy is not earning money but in saving money on my electricity bill. Can you let me know your experience om that?
And have you receive your payment from TNB yet?

earning money to pay electricity bill consider saving? ha ha , just kidding. actually the eletricity we own use is very around start from 22sen, then the price we selling to TNB is around RM1.36 per unit. so do you think is own use is better?
if you own use the mean you need to use the RM1.36 solar eletricity? (anyway for this project in logically is own use, but just selling to TNB with high price then they selling back with low price for us to use.)
