STARHILL REIT announced an Interim Income distribution of 3.28 sen per unit for 1HE Dec 2009.
3.28sen x 12000 unit = RM393.6 for 6 month , RM65.6 per month :)
16-sept-2010 买进 , 大约的算法:
股票市值: 大约亏了RM230 ( 加买卖的commision)
回报是RM393.6-RM230 = RM163.6 (四个月)
emmm…. 1.6% (四个月) x3 = RM4.8% …看来好过银行就好 :D [哈哈..这是我的算法only :P]
STARHILL REIT 2QE NET PROFIT DOWN 9% YOY STARHILL REIT posted Net Profit of RM18.2m for 2QE Dec 2009, a decline of 9% from same quarter a year ago due to a 5% decline in Revenue to RM25.9m. EPS dipped to 1.55 sen from 1.71 sen.
赢利少了…是不是应该卖呢?哈哈， 还是那句＂看好管理层＂！

Stareit转型中，观察当中，不过还是偏向正面的估计。
