加码 AMFIRST
Last few week Amfirst Price range is around 1.09-1.11 ....So this month invest some to Amfirst again, actually plan to buy in Stareit but the price of Stareit is shoot up from 0.83 to 0.86.. then for this month invested to Amfirst and next month will consider stareit , uoareit or amfirst again :D
Again same reasons to buy amfirst : low PE and ROE is over 15 ...and AMFIRST rental is from Office lot, so the economic is return now so the rental income should will getting better :).
