皮格马利翁期望效应 　　人们通常用这样来形象地说明皮格马利翁效应："说你行，你就行；说你不行，你就不行"。要想使一个人发展更好，就应该给他传递积极的期望。期望对于人的行为的巨大影响。积极的期望促使人们向好的方向发展，消极的期望则使人向坏的方向发展　　研究人员提供给一个学校一些学生名单，并告诉校方，他们通过一项测试发现，该校有几名天才学生，只不过尚未在学习中表现出来。其实，这是从学生的名单中随意抽取出来的几个人。有趣的是，在学年末的测试中，这些学生的学习成绩的确比其它学生高出很多。研究者认为，这就是由于教师期望的影响。由于教师认为这个学生是天才，因而寄予他更大的期望，在上课时给予他更多的关注，通过各种方式向他传达"你很优秀"的信息，学生感受到教师的关注，因而产生一种激励作用，学习时加倍努力，因而取得了好成绩。　　与此实验相反，对少年犯罪儿童的研究表明，许多孩子成为少年犯的原因之一，就在于不良期望的影响。他们因为在小时候偶尔犯过的错误而被贴上了"不良少年"的标签，这种消极的期望引导着孩子们，使他们也越来越相信自己就是"不良少年"，最终走向犯罪的深渊。　　由此可见，积极期望对人的行为的影响有多大，相反消极的不良期望对人行为的影响也不容置疑。

Today is first day of 2007, before start the new year I want to review what happen in my last year. So I can learn from pass or do some enhancement on the New Year. Year 2006, a lot good experience happens in my life for this year. Example: First time take airplane, get converted as permanent worker for my recent company, learn a lot new knowledge, first time step on the snow and etc. March - after 15 month as contract worker, finally have chance to become a system engineer as the permanent worker for my recent company. Actually this position is my next step after step in to this company, who knows I can safe one step and directly go to this step. At the moment I accept this offer, I still think I am dreaming or not. Because my English communication is not so perfect for me, is hard to communicate with my US teammate. Anyway, thanks to my manager and current teammate to give me the chancer. I think I am the lucky people, always have good people to help me. Hi hi … (lucky only come aft...

很久没有那种越写越过瘾的感觉了， 终于给我找到这让张纸发泄发泄了。 话说一切因都是由这个病引起， 所以我要感恩这一次的机缘让我觉醒。 所谓“觉醒“ ， 只因我对身边的一切都不关心而只是关心于我的事业， 金钱而已。从这次因缘中让我察觉到自己之前的不足。 可以说从这次因缘中让我更加了解什么叫“负面思想“， 一路来我觉得我是个很正面思想的人。坦这两个星期开始有点负面思想从脑海中出现， 很明显今天对”人生“起了负面思想──做人很辛苦。或許是在医院看到老，病的情況吧。 很庆辛，过了阵子, 正面思想开始消灭那些“负面“軍隊只因了解佛法中的生，老， 病，.死是宇宙真理。每个人必经之路所以我要活在当下不要想过去，不去担心未来而做好当下的本分。 来的正面思想： 等了3个小时在医院， 但是这个机会让我在这里静思已过， 让我在人生的旅途中大大跨进了一大步。

30 June 2006 : Go to have dinner with company friends at Bukit Genting, the view is very nice. Have great experince but the food is not special and service is not so good...hi hi, so unexpected when is my second time to go again.

Today have some issues cannot resolve, so need to ask other to help. The feeling so bad….because this should be my responsibility.
