2006年10月23日-- 体重100KG , 觉得是时候瘦了. (健康之道) 开始排毒14天--> 瘦了5KG 早餐喝果汁(4条红蘿蔔+ 1青苹果) + 过后半小时吃WBG 产品( 1 fibre plus + 1 indinien+ 1 Vplus) 午餐前半小时喝果汁(4条红蘿蔔+ 1青苹果) + 过后吃(白饭+蔬菜) 午茶,WBG 产品(Enhancer) 晚餐喝果汁(4条红蘿蔔+ 1青苹果) + (白饭+蔬菜) 有4天没吃晚餐 *哈哈有几餐吃了肉. 之后吃了3个月WBG 产品, 瘦了另外5KG. (3个月 瘦了10KG) 在3个月里我去了美国12天, 重了4KG. 哈哈, 如没去美国那就瘦14KG咯!!!! 2007年1月23日----> 2007年10月23日 (多瘦6KG--靠运动) 健身房 (3 ~5 小时, 一个星期) 騎腳踏車( 2-4 次, 一个月) 跑步(为了穦威大桥, 连繼跑了一个月) 一点Fiber Plus和多喝果汁 OK, 总结报告: 瘦了 : 16KG (100KG -->84KG) 时间 : 一年 费用 : RM 4K 心得: 给自己75分, 还会加油的!!!!! Kelvin ? 10月9日 --> 一大早就读了微软的e-mail (Global connection) , 里头有一个調查. 前五位回答的人可以獲的一个无线滑鼠或是web cam. 看了就试一试回信. 过了几小时, 他们回信通知我得了free gift. yahoo....很兴奋!!!! 10月10日 --> 收到无线滑鼠了(美吗?)....心想事成..哈哈 10月11日 --> present TOASMASTER assigment 8 with my wirlessmouse.

Sept 26, 27 ,28 KL attend MOSS2007 training , 29 meet IT friends... During this few day at KL , have meet up some friends. Total is 10, 6 is university IT friend, 2 is university friend, 2 is friend friends. Feel so excited to meet up the old friend and the friend never meet. I have found out the topic most I like to share with friend is about subconscious and second life online game. Look like , I have started have interested on second life….hi hi..Ok I will start learn to play the game; maybe this is one of the chance to become rich. Make a summary the conclusion what I have feel/learnt from the friend has meet: HS: is busy with her job, but she is enjoyed!!! Great, this is good . But always work late until late night….(I think better can change it to healthy life , then is more perfect) hi hi..Still young can burn the mint night oil kua LW: she from IT field change to Graphic design field and recently move back to IT field. Yeah..Teambuilding. This quarter teambuilding have try on Golf...woo...first time try on it, feeling good. i feel myself have potential on this sport lo..haha ...because i can hit the ball to far far lo (but not right direction)...70/80 ha ha...as a beginner ok la!!!! 今天股市大落,从开始赚到亏.....心情就大起大落...哈哈..很不错的經驗. 当你赚的时侯, 你就想赚多一点.... 当你开始亏的时候, 你就想不亏就好了...(不用赚,也好了) 当亏很多的时候, 你就想当时不进场多好... 哈哈.....当股市大起, 你就会想早知翻身...就不用做到那样辛苦了.. 天天为了那些数字而开心与伤心....开始觉得自己很愚蠢, 因为把自己的快乐建立在数字上. 哈哈...是时候开始不要那样的苯了...

have some chance is infrom me for a year ++, but i never take it serious to think about it. Just now just know , the chance is expire.... Sudenlly fell litter bit feeling not well, because the possible chance is gone. But until now i also not clear about my self, is it the chance is what i want? why i cannot give my self the clear answer about it ??? emm...ok , i need to make my mind clear if next chance is coming i need to make decision fast fast....hi hi, ok, let me set my target plan more detail and clear so i can move faster... Current main target is 80KG by end of the year. (currently around 85KG kua!!!) Have a hehtly life--> Drink 2.5 liter above water, sleep before 11:30pm, excersice minimun 3 tiem perweek. hi hi, other great plan share next round.
