Last few week Amfirst Price range is around 1.09-1.11 ....So this month invest some to Amfirst again, actually plan to buy in Stareit but the price of Stareit is shoot up from 0.83 to 0.86.. then for this month invested to Amfirst and next month will consider stareit , uoareit or amfirst again :D Again same reasons to buy amfirst : low PE and ROE is over 15 ...and AMFIRST rental is from Office lot, so the economic is return now so the rental income should will getting better :).

Is great, everyone wear formal make all look like professional !! ( ha ha..shit!! need to spend more money on this :P ) office building is new, all design look like high tech..not bad hi hi..Manager here is a bit different from previous company, manager here have more special benefit one :D The good one is pantry have biscuit and green tea provided :D How is the job role here?
